Do you offer used products?
Vintage and collectible items are previously owned or used. However, I try to carry almost new to excellent condition products for resale. Each item is inspected for quality and is guaranteed to be in very good to excellent condition. Any exceptions will be noted in detail online, along with a photograph for your review. What should I expect as a Customer?

Is there special care for Vintage items?
Yes, please be careful when washing your vintage items, some detergents and soaps are too harsh. Please remember their age and sometimes in particular on ceramic items, the paint may wear off when washing. Thank you

Who is responsible for the cost of shipping returned items? Is there a restocking fee?
The customer is responsible for returned shipping in addition to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for any damage in route back to our shop for items that have been approved as a return. They must be returned in original packaging, bubble wrap, etc. (just like we shipped it). Thank you for understanding.

Most sellers on Etsy can't predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and Etsy doesn't expect sellers to calculate or collect these fees or taxes.
In general the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and custom clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of package, weight and dimensions, origin country.

USPS Ground Shipment Information
When you choose USPS Ground Shipment it does take longer to receive your package. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Due to COVID-19 some shipments have been delayed.
Please keep this in mind prior to leaving negative feedback. I am not in control of how long it takes to receive your package. If you submit an order early morning, the order will be shipped that very same day or the next business day. Generally, I ship items out the very next day or within two days. I cannot ship items out Saturday afternoon's, Sunday's, or on a Holiday. I do however, ship them out the very next business day. Thank you for your business, it is appreciated.

Items damaged during shipment should be reported to the Post Office and our shop. A claim can be filed for merchandise damaged during shipment.
In order to expediate the claim process, write up details, photos of all merchandise (damaged & undamaged), and photos of the box (all sides). Thank you.
